Shipping + Returns
Most orders go out within 3 - 5 business days of receipt. Please note that business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays. Allow 6 - 14 business days for delivery via UPS Ground. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charges. We will confirm shipment of your order via email. Please provide your email address when checking out. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.
Unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers in containers are not included, bulbs are not included unless listed, etc. If an item is included it will be stated in the description.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA only. Your total amount will reflect these prices when you checkout with our shopping cart. We do not ship to international addresses.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused.
If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.
Return and/or Exchange Policy:
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Salvaged! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt to Salvaged, Customer Service Returns, 17370 Coastal Hwy Lewes, DE 19958. Enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and a reason for the return or exchange. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost. If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card or Salvaged gift card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges and sale items are not refundable. IN-STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges. Please inspect your merchandise at time of purchase.
Damage in Transit:
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If this happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via phone or email. Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 3 business days of receipt.
